As Chief People Officer at T2 Biosystems, she led the HR function through critical phases of organizational development, from R&D to commercial operations. Previously, Kelley has served as a trusted advisor and business partner, guiding HR strategies at companies like Sarepta Therapeutics and Synageva BioPharma.
