Krystin's HR career began in executive search and has evolved through workforce planning, talent acquisition leadership, and collaboration as a People and Culture change agent and HR Business Partner. She has experience with organizations ranging from large multinational enterprises to small and midsize biotechnology companies, helping them navigate periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change while fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce.

Passionate about the end-to-end employee experience, Krystin serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and enjoys designing and implementing practical people programs that are right sized and fit for purpose.

When Krystin’s not focused on this work, she finds joy in cooking, entertaining for family and friends, Pilates, and reading.
